Floral Design That Speaks to Your Space
Working with flowers has taught us something important – every environment tells a story, and the right arrangement can either complete that narrative or quietly disrupt it. We've spent years learning which approach works where.
What We Actually Do
Most people think about flowers for weddings or funerals. But there's this whole middle ground that businesses keep asking us about – spaces that feel too sterile, events that need something memorable without being overwhelming, offices where people actually want to spend time.
We've found our rhythm working with two distinct approaches. Fresh compositions bring that immediate impact for short-term needs, while preserved work solves the problem of wanting something beautiful that doesn't require weekly replacement.
Event Floral Compositions
For conferences, product launches, or corporate gatherings where you need something that photographs well and creates the right atmosphere. Fresh arrangements that work with your space rather than fighting against it.
Timeline varies depending on complexity – usually we need about three weeks to properly source seasonal materials and design something that fits your specific event requirements.
Preserved Botanical Installations
Office lobbies, reception areas, and permanent displays where maintenance becomes an issue. Dried and preserved materials that maintain their character for months without the weekly upkeep fresh flowers demand.
These installations typically last 8-12 months depending on environmental factors. We designed one for a law firm in early 2024 that's still holding up remarkably well as of January 2025.
How We Approach Each Project
Every space has its own challenges. Temperature fluctuations, lighting conditions, the type of people who'll actually see the work daily. We've learned not to force a design philosophy onto environments where it won't survive.
Understanding the Environment
We visit the actual space. Sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many designers skip this. Humidity levels, natural light patterns, foot traffic – these details determine what's actually feasible beyond what looks good in concept sketches.
Material Selection Strategy
Azerbaijan's climate creates interesting sourcing challenges. We work with both local growers for fresh materials and specialized suppliers for preserved botanicals. The goal is finding what'll actually thrive in your specific conditions rather than forcing traditional choices.
Installation and Maintenance Planning
For corporate clients, we typically propose installation schedules that align with your operational calendar. Event work follows your timeline naturally. Preserved installations might include quarterly check-ins through autumn 2025 to ensure everything maintains its intended appearance.
